Tested in good working condition. The light can be solid blue with 120vac to black and white wires.
The light strobes on and off if you connect the separate orange and black wires together while supplying 120vac to the black and white wires. The background noise in the video is the ceiling fan up above and out of view. The noise is not coming from the light.
