PIXAPRO STORM II 600 High-Speed Flash Head. The PIXAPRO STORM II 600 (Godox QT600IIM), is a High-Speed Studio Flash that uses Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) technology to achieve extremely short flash durations, as well as ultra-fast recycle times, which allows you to capture motion such as dancing, jumping and even water splashes with ease. The IGBT Technology used in the STORM II 600, allows it to behave in a similar manor to most speedlites, where the flash durations become progressively shorter and shorter, as the flash power is decreased.

The PIXAPRO® STORM II 600 can achieve flash durations of up to 1/28, 984 second. The IGBT technology also allows for super-fast recycling times. At full, power, the recycle times are similar to that of a regular flash head of its type at 1.2 seconds. As you start to reduce the power however, the recycle-times become faster and faster, with recycle times as fast as 0.05 seconds, which is fast enough to keep up with the Multi-Bust mode on most of DSLR cameras currently on the market.

This feature allows you to capture a series of images in quick succession, giving you a higher chance of capturing the perfect shot. Great capturing subjects in motion, such as Dancers, Athletes and Martial Artists etc. The STORM II 600 features a user-friendly interface, with large LCD screen, which enables you to quickly and easily change your flash settings. It features a variety of different flash modes including a High-Speed Sync mode (up to 1/8000 sec), and a multi-flash mode, which can be set to between 2 and 100 flashes at a frequency between 1 and 99Hz (flashes per second), which allows you to create many different effects such as stroboscopic photography. The PIXAPRO® STORM II 600 features a built-in 2.4GHz ST-III receiver, which allows it to be used in conjunction with the optional ST-III TTL, or ECO 2.4 flash Triggers.

This allows you to control your flash heads remotely, removing the need to go up and individually adjust every light in your set up, saving you precious time. The PIXAPRO STORM II 600 uses an S-Type accessory mount, making it compatible with a wide range of accessories and modifiers. This compact and lightweight flash is perfect for people who shoot weddings, portraits, fashion, and for advertising. It is especially good for shooting children. The Stroboscopic Flash feature causes your STORM II 600 to fire multiple low-powered flashes in rapid succession.
