2 x CITI600 Battery TTL Studio Heads. This is a pair of the PixaPro Citi600 TTL battery studio heads.

They come in a handy Vanguard padded case and include TTL/Manual triggers for both Canon and Nikon ie. They haven't had a lot of use at all, which is evident from the condition. They are both in great shape and come with chargers for each, the 2 triggers, 2 spill kills, 2 batteries and the 2 heads.

Mainly full manual control for a normal studio setup, TTL metering to allow the camera to control them on the fly to allow for varying exposure and HSS, high speed sync. HSS means you can use them outside with a large aperture lens and still be able to use the shutter speeds ie 1/1000, 1/2000 etc.

That you would need so that the ambient lighting isn't blowing out your shots. It is like have a studio head sized speedlight.

LED modelling bulbs work off the batteries and don't impact the number of shots per charge massively. I forget how many shots per charge, but I know when I tested them, it was more than rated.
