The RIKO400 uses a 400Ws daylight balanced 5600K flash tube that has an 8-Stop power range (1/1 - 1/128) in 1/3rd stop increments and features 2x slave modes (S1/S2) with an intelligent slave cell (Pre-flash detector system) cell that can be set to ignore a Pre-Flash, which enables the use of the RIKO400 alongside speedlights or any other TTL strobe. It offers an impressive flash duration of up to 1/10000th of a second, Short flash durations for sharper images and stopping motion. It uses an array of 3 step adjustable LED lights that act as a continuous modelling light. It also features a stroboscopic flash mode which allows you to create many different effects such as stroboscopic photography and a high-speed sync HSS mode to help overpower the sun for more creative shots.

RIKO400 is equipped with a folding bracket, which enables you to mount your camera directly onto it. The RIKO400 can also be used off camera for off-axis lighting, giving you an effect similar to that of a beauty dish. It also comes with an umbrella bracket, which enables the RIKO400 to be used in conjunction with an umbrella for a wider spread of light. Unlike most other Ring Flashes on the Market, where you have to plug the Ring Flash into an external Battery Pack, the RIKO400 uses a replaceable 11.1V/4500mAh internal rechargeable lithium battery pack, which will give you approximately 450 Full-Power flashes per charge great for on location. The battery charger is also included with the RIKO400.

This allows you to control your flash heads remotely such as flash power settings, Modelling lamp on/off, changing groups & channels and Triggering.
